Official Rules - In-Store Activation (G-Will Liquors, Minnesota)

1. Sponsor
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Cocktail Crafters Unlimited, LLC, d/b/a Vodkade, located at 18380 Edison Ave., Chesterfield, MO 63005 ("Sponsor"). This Sweepstakes is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with G-Will Liquors ("G-Will"). The Sweepstakes is available exclusively at participating G-Will Liquors store locations in Minnesota.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on August 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM CT and ends on August 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM CT ("Sweepstakes Period"). Entries submitted outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the state of Minnesota who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and sales representatives of Sponsor, G-Will, Mystic Lake, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and promotional/advertising agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members of each such employee/representative, are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
4. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit a participating G-Will Liquors location in Minnesota, locate the Vodkade sampling table, and scan the posted QR code with a mobile device. Scanning the QR code and completing the entry form below is the entire entry process — no sample, tasting, or purchase of any kind is required to enter.
Entry form requires:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- G-Will store location where scanned
- Favorite Vodkade flavor
Limit: one (1) entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of number of store visits. Multiple entries from the same person will be void. Entries must be truthful, accurate, and complete to be eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received due to technical failures, incomplete entries, or illegible information.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted on September 1, 2026 by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final.
The potential winner will be notified by phone, using the number provided at entry, on September 1, 2026. The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of first notification attempt. If the potential winner cannot be reached within this window, does not respond, or is found ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.
6. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
7. Prize
One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to a September 2026 concert at Mystic Lake Amphitheatre in Prior Lake, Minnesota.One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to one (1) of the following Mystic Lake Amphitheatre shows, to be selected by winner at the time of notification, subject to availability: Pitbull, Staind, or The B-52's. If winner does not select a show within 48 hours of notification, or if the selected show becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to select the show on winner's behalf. Approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize: $400 USD. Actual value may vary based on the specific show selected.
No cash alternative or prize substitution will be offered, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the selected show, or ticket availability for it, changes for any reason, including postponement or cancellation of the applicable event.
Prize is non-transferable. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes on the prize. Tickets will be delivered electronically to the winner.
8. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or engages in fraudulent or unsportsmanlike conduct. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
9. Release & Publicity
By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, G-Will, Mystic Lake, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
10. Privacy
Information collected through this Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor solely to administer the Sweepstakes (including contacting the winner) and, unless prohibited by applicable law, for Sponsor's own marketing purposes. Entrant information will not be sold or shared with third parties for their independent marketing use.
11. Disputes / Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.
12. Official Rules & Winner List
A copy of these Official Rules is available at www.Vodkade.com during the Sweepstakes Period. The name of the winner may be requested in writing from Sponsor at the contact below for a period of ninety (90) days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received due to technical failures, private/restricted accounts, or platform outages.
